Right of Withdrawal

The short version

• 14 days: as a consumer you can withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days — no reason needed.
• Money-back guarantee on top: if you have started fewer than two sessions, we refund the full amount within those fourteen days on a simple email — see Terms, section 7.
• What you used stays paid: minutes already consumed are deducted, and once you tick the checkout consent, the statutory right ends with the start of the service.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

If you already used part of it

If you expressly asked us to begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you pay for the part already delivered: for credit packs, the minutes you used at the pack's per-minute price; for subscriptions, the share of the billing period that has already passed. The remainder is refunded.

Early end of the right of withdrawal

For digital content, your right of withdrawal ends once we have begun performing the contract, after you have:

• expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period has ended, and
• confirmed your awareness that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal.

We collect both explicitly during checkout. Until you have consented, your right of withdrawal remains in full for fourteen days — even if you could already use the credit.
