Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Uejs Kaso for using Supace. Effective: August 25, 2026.
1. Provider and scope
The provider is Uejs Kaso, Chicago Lane 5a, 30539 Hannover, Germany ("we"). These terms apply to the use of the website supaceai.com and of the Supace desktop app.
2. What Supace is — and isn't
Supace is a tool, not a permission. You are responsible for following the rules of your employer, your interviewer, or any assessment platform involved. We provide software; whether it is appropriate to use in your situation is your call.
Answer suggestions are generated by a language model. They can be incomplete or wrong. We do not owe a particular quality, exam result, or hiring outcome.
3. Account
Using Supace requires an account. Keep your credentials confidential. You may not share an account with someone else.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Current prices are on the pricing page. Amounts are in USD; they are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG (German law), we do not charge or itemize VAT.
- Credits are a one-time payment and do not expire.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the booked period unless cancelled beforehand.
Payment is processed through Stripe. The contract is formed once the payment is confirmed.
5. "Unlimited" — one rule
Unlimited plans are for personal use. One account, one person. Sharing an account or commercial resale is not allowed. That is the only restriction behind the word "unlimited" — there is no monthly minute budget and no cap on how long a single session runs.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period — one click on "Manage billing" in your account, no email, no reason required. Credits you already bought are unaffected by a cancellation.
7. Money-back guarantee
On top of your statutory rights: if you bought a plan and have started fewer than two sessions, tell us within fourteen days of the purchase and we refund the full amount — no reason needed, an email to [email protected] is enough. Once your second session has started, this guarantee ends. It is voluntary and does not limit any right the law gives you, including the right of withdrawal below.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are in the Right of Withdrawal page.
9. Availability
We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee it without interruption. Maintenance, provider outages and force majeure can cause downtime.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual duty (one whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible in the first place, and on whose observance you may regularly rely), and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act is unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms where there is a material reason. We will notify you of changes by email at least six weeks in advance. If you do not object before they take effect, they are deemed accepted — we will point this out specifically in the notice. You may cancel before that date instead.
12. Final provisions
German law applies. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected.
For online dispute resolution, see the Imprint. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
