Never. A credit pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: the minutes sit in your account until you use them, with no expiry date and no monthly reset. Buying one does switch your Ace Notes allowance to the one that renews each month — that part is meant to come back.

Credits if you interview in phases: pay once, use what you need, keep the rest for the next round of applications. Unlimited if interviews fill your calendar — past roughly 1,100 minutes a month it becomes the cheaper way. The calculator above does exactly this arithmetic with your numbers.

No monthly minute budget and no cap on how long a single session runs. The one condition is personal use — one account, one person. Account sharing is not allowed, and that is the whole rule.

A running session stops when the balance is empty — mid-conversation if it has to — the app shows your remaining minutes. Everything else stays: your documents, notes and history keep working, preparing stays free, and the next session starts the moment there are minutes on the account.

One click on your account page — not an email, not a form, no notice period. The subscription then simply runs out at the end of the period you already paid for.
